  • Yes! However, you need to make sure your photos and videos are in the proper format for viewing in HD resolution. The best way to test this is to look at the photo or video fullscreen before sending. If it is clear, without pixelation, it is fine to use. You should also only send media that you own or have the rights to.

  • Change of voice would be part of the included revision. Any additional revisions, including voice change, are subject to additional charges. Please refer to the Packages and Pricing section above.

  • 48-72 hours after assets are received. Rush is available at additional cost.

  • 1 round of revisions are included (text, timing, simple swaps, voice). Additional rounds available.

  • Licensed stock photos and video. Client-supplied assets must be owned or properly licensed by you.

  • Your website & organic/social channels. For paid ads, confirm platform compliance; extended usage is fine.

  • You specify the format in which you’d like to recieve the finished video during the ordering process. Most common formats include MP4 and MOV, in either HD or 4K resolution.

  • If we haven’t started VO/production, full refund; after VO/assembly, partial refund.
