Digital Content & Storytelling

My professional journey has spanned from a Marketing and Special Projects editor at The Weather Channel to developing high-conversion content for small businesses and national financial firms. I specialize in bridging the gap between technical production and strategic marketing, ensuring every video I create aligns with specific brand goals and audience needs.

  • Emmy Nominated Storytelling

This project represents a significant milestone in my career and a defining moment in the history of The Weather Channel. I had the distinct honor of being the first editor in network history to have a project submitted for Emmy consideration.

This news package tells the deeply moving story of meteorologist Reynolds Wolf and the bond he shared with his late father. The narrative centers on their mutual love for fly fishing, a passion that Reynolds continues to honor through an annual trip to Wyoming to reconnect with his father’s memory. My goal with this piece was to demonstrate a mastery of emotional storytelling, using careful editing to capture a personal journey that resonates deeply with the viewer. It stands as a testament to my ability to create high-impact broadcast content that captures and holds audience attention through authentic human connection.


  • Lead Generation - Multi-Platform Content

At The Impact Partnership, I worked closely with a team of producers and editors to create both short-form and long-form content to be used for lead generation on both broadcast and social media platforms.

The example provided is that of a 2-minute segment for a client in Tampa, Florida. I shaped the edit using input from my television team, Impact sales staff, and the advisor herself. The production involved an all-day shoot at Impact’s television studio, as well as extensive customization of the graphic package. These segments were extremely popular amongst Impact’s advisor clients for their effectiveness in generating valuable leads.

Website Management & Digital Strategy

My approach to website management and digital strategy is rooted in the belief that a successful online presence requires the seamless integration of both sound technical infrastructure and data-driven marketing objectives. I specialize in managing the full lifecycle of digital content, ensuring that every platform is not only visually consistent but also optimized for performance.

I have a proven history of leading complex digital transformations, most notably serving as a consultant during The Weather Channel’s pivotal transition from analog to digital workflows. This expertise in technical infrastructure management continued at The Impact Partnership, where I initiated the migration from standard office servers to a broadcast-grade video server and upgraded network. This strategic move significantly optimized the production pipeline, allowing for faster content turnaround and reduced technical redundancy.

Beyond infrastructure, I am an expert in developing digital content strategies that serve as a roadmap for business goals. By leveraging my certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics, I implement data-driven strategies to ensure that web content and digital campaigns are optimized for user engagement and measurable results. The management of bwrightmedia.com serves as a comprehensive, real-world case study in my ability to oversee every facet of a professional digital presence. As a solo business owner, I have been solely responsible for the site’s end-to-end management, including its initial web design, daily maintenance, and the strategic alignment of content with business growth objectives.

Beyond serving as a portfolio, the platform functions as a strategic marketing engine where I have integrated lead-generation tools, such as my "Pre-Production Playbook”, to convert visitors into clients.   • Lead Magnet: "Lights, Camera, Clarity: The Small Business Owner's Pre-Production Playbook"

The video production process can be daunting, even for those with years of experience creating videos. Through my experience with clients, I realized that one of the biggest hurdles they must overcome is the anxiety and uncertainty this complex process creates. In response, I created a short ebook that outlines the process in a way that is easily understood by those with little to no production experience. It also helps clients understand the importance of establishing a clear message before production begins, and how to go about finding the message if they haven’t yet identified it.

Data and analytics serve as the foundation of my strategic process, ensuring that every creative project is backed by measurable insights. Branding & Marketing Campaigns

With over 20 years of experience, I have specialized in building and unifying brand identities across diverse industries, ensuring a consistent and authoritative presence across social media, YouTube, broadcast, and corporate websites. My approach focuses on modernizing brand presence through custom graphics packages and cutting-edge technology. Whether it’s helping brands like Willy’s Mexicana Grill find creative direction for a new video campaign or using 3D modeling and AI to visualize stylized product narratives for cosmetics brands, my goal is to deliver high-impact assets that drive credibility and awareness.


  • Willy’s Mexicana Grill

I created a series of videos for Willy’s Mexican Grill as a collaboration with a local photographer in Roswell, Haigwood Studios. The photographer and his crew spent the day shooting the raw footage, and then handed it off to me for post production.

The biggest challenge I faced with this project was the lack of a clear goal. The client provided a few examples as to the style of video they were looking for, but the way in which the footage was shot did not match the examples. Before proceeding with the edit, I took the time to look over Willy’s website and other marketing materials so that I could fully understand the feel of the brand and the way in which they communicate with their audience. With this additional insight, I was able to create a video that, while it didn’t match the initial example in style, matched the tone and communication style of the overall brand. The client was very happy with the results.


  • Vitali Cosmetics

This project is the result of another collaboration between myself and Haigwood Studios. The client, Vitali, initially wanted a traditionally shot, highly stylized video showcasing their latest product. They wanted the video turned around quickly, but a traditional shoot, done the way the client wanted, would be expensive and time consuming.

I was presented with the challenge of creating a dynamic video that matched the style of both the product and brand, and I was to do so with very little guidance. Once I got a better understanding of what the client was trying to accomplish, my first idea was to use AI tools to create a product animation. I thought AI would cut down on production time and provide the client with a video in their desired timeframe. In reality, I found the AI approach to create more problems than it solved. Since I had no raw footage to work with, I decided the best way to get the desired result was to use a combination of 3D modeling and traditional editing tools. With product photos, I was able to create 3D models of the product and packaging using the Blender 3D animation software. The software allowed me to create a virtual set for the models, complete with custom lighting and camera. I created a variety of shots that I then brought into my video editing software, Davinci Resolve, where I created the final video. The client was thrilled with the results.
